The smell of smoke surrounded us, while cold slipped through the spaces between our embracing bodies, we kiss, and hold eachother tightly wrapped in a blanket. The embers are still burning, and the moon is waxing. You show me your toes, and I ask you so many random questions, your hands run through my hair, while I softly touch your cheek, the breeze carries my uncertainty away, and you make me feel safe with your eyes, we connect hands, and keep saying goodbye, but neither of us want to leave. This is love.
